01
General education core
At least 42 credit hours across writing, speaking, math, science, social science, and the humanities.
02
Business core and sports management
61 credit hours: the 21-hour business core plus sports law, recreation, physical education, leadership, and an internship.
03
Electives or a minor
Use the rest of your 120 hours for electives, a minor, or even a second major.
Good to know: Every business major starts with the same 21-hour business core. Courses you count toward one business major, concentration, or minor can’t also count as electives in another. In your final semester, you’ll take a standardized business exam as your major assessment.
