The Purple Patch · Student Literary Journal
Your words. Your art. In print.
The Purple Patch is Missouri Valley University’s literary journal. Edited each year by Sigma Tau Delta members, it features fiction, creative nonfiction, poetry, academic prose, and visual art by MVU students.
About the journal
Made by students, for students.
Every year, MVU’s Sigma Tau Delta members edit a new edition of The Purple Patch. Each issue showcases the fiction, creative nonfiction, poetry, academic prose, and visual art of Missouri Valley University students.
If you write, draw, or create, this is your place to share it with the campus community, and to see your work published alongside your classmates.
