The work
Keep freight moving, and build a business doing it.
Freight brokers find carriers to haul shippers’ freight. They also handle the money side: invoicing shippers, paying carriers and agents, and extending credit.
Freight agents work as independent salespeople for a brokerage, often on commission. Many brokers and agents set their own hours and work from home around shipping schedules.
