On-campus options include traditional cafeteria-style dining, a specialty bistro, and grab-and-go meals to keep you going through a busy day.
Dining is provided by our partner Fresh Ideas, a Missouri-based company known for small-batch, scratch cooking with fresh ingredients.

Ferguson Center Dining Hall
The main hub on campus and the perfect spot to sit down with friends and catch up. Choose from options like the pasta and salad bar, Mongolian Grill, and Smokehouse BBQ.
Malcolm Center · Grab and go
Valley Fuel Station
Pick up a packaged meal with a side and drink, ready when you are. Take it back to your room, grab it on your way across campus, or stay and hang out at the high-top bar and seating area.
Every meal comes in a to-go container, so where you eat is up to you.
