The Purple Patch
See your work in print.
The Purple Patch is MVU’s student literary journal, edited each year by Sigma Tau Delta members.
Each volume features creative nonfiction, academic prose, fiction, poetry, and artwork by MVU students. Printed copies of the year’s journal are available at the end of each spring semester.
Each semester, the Editorial Board nominates standout submissions in every category for an award. A winner is chosen in each genre and invited to a special ceremony to accept their prize and talk about their work.
