At MVU, you’ll find the room and lifestyle you’re looking for as you move through college. Living in a residence hall gives you experiences and easy access to campus life you won’t find anywhere else.

Residence halls
Traditional halls.
Live with a roommate, meet your neighbors, and stay close to classes. Every hall has laundry, Wi-Fi, and a smoke-free environment.
Blackburn Hall
Men · No AC · Community bath
On the east side of campus along College Street. Freshmen and upperclass students live mostly in double rooms with a roommate. Home to the Alpha Sigma Phi fraternity.
Blosser Hall
Men · AC · Computer lab
On East Eastwood Street, home to freshmen men in the Blosser Program. Choose from single, double, or triple rooms, with tutors, individualized help, a computer lab, and a shuttle to main campus.
George Mack Hall
Men · No AC · Community bath
On the east side of campus along College Street. Freshmen and upperclass students live mostly in double rooms with a roommate. Home to the Tau Kappa Epsilon fraternity.
MacDonald Hall
Women · AC · Suite or community bath
Built in 1951 on the west side of the campus quad. Live in a double room with a roommate, either suite-style with a bathroom shared with the next room, or community-style.
Moreland Hall
Men · No AC · Community bath
Built in 1969, northeast of the campus quad. Freshmen and upperclass men live in double rooms with a roommate and share a first-floor lounge.
Porter Brown Hall
Men & women · AC · Shared bath
Home to the MVU men’s and women’s rodeo teams. Men live on the first floor and women on the second, in double rooms with a bathroom shared with the next room.
Roberts Hall
Men · No AC · Community bath
On the east side of campus along College Street. Freshmen and upperclass students live mostly in double rooms with a roommate.
Union Hall
Men · AC · Community bath
A traditional hall for freshmen and upperclass men. Live in a double or triple room with central heat and air conditioning.
Young Hall
Men · No AC · Community bath
Built in 1929 on the south side of the campus quad. Freshmen and upperclass students choose a single or double room in this traditional hall.
Apartments & houses
More space, more independence.
Apartments and houses add living rooms and private bathrooms. Every option has laundry, Wi-Fi, and a smoke-free environment. MVU also has other campus houses with single rooms, some with a lounge. Email housing@moval.edu to ask what’s available.

Conway Apartments

Three buildings for freshmen and upperclass men. Buildings A and B have double rooms; building C has triple rooms. Every apartment has a private bathroom and living room.
Marshall Village
Men · Community bath
Marshall Village has community bathrooms, laundry, Wi-Fi, and a smoke-free environment.
Rea Street Houses

Houses with a living room, a private bathroom, carpet and tile floors, and central air.
Redman Apartments

Three buildings for freshmen and upperclass students. Share an apartment with five others in two rooms, with a private bathroom and shared living room.
Theta Phi Alpha

Home to the Theta Phi Alpha sorority chapter. Freshmen and upperclass students live with a roommate, with access to a kitchenette (no appliances).
Vail Brown Apartments

Apartments for two or three upperclass men, with a private bathroom and central air.
Valley Village Apartments

Four buildings. Five students share an apartment with separate sleeping areas, two private bathrooms, a kitchenette (no appliances), and a furnished living room.

Four buildings. Four students share an apartment with separate sleeping areas, a private bathroom, a kitchenette (no appliances), and a furnished living room.
West Ranch
Men · Tile floors · Community bath
Rooms have tile and snap-together flooring, and the common room has a TV with Hulu. Laundry, Wi-Fi, and a smoke-free environment are included.
