Study Abroad Program
Valley students have gone abroad to China, London, Northern Ireland, Russia, Sicily, and Spain. No matter where they go, they come back to Valley with a new perspective of the world and of themselves. Most of those students report that going on study abroad was the most enriching experience of their lives.
What about YOU? Where would you like to go? You could go to London next summer and take a class from a Valley professor or another instructor. Or you could spend a semester in Japan, China, Argentina, France, Italy, or nearly any other country you could name. Or use part of your summer to take a class anywhere you want, and travel to still more countries. YOU could go places!
Does your major require an internship? Why not take it abroad, either in summer or for a semester? Internships in business, journalism, and museum studies are readily available through a number of programs, you'll find internship opportunities in Australia, France, Spain, and many other countries through various third-party study abroad providers.
The Study Abroad Office has information on dozens of programs that will give you the chance to widen your horizons in a foreign country. Choose your Study Abroad adventure by where you want to go or what you'd like to learn.
