M. Heath Morgan
Vice President for Student Affairs
M. Heath Morgan serves as Vice President for Student Affairs. In his role as Vice President for Student Affairs, Morgan is responsible for creating and maintaining a safe, healthy, and supportive campus culture; managing a number of campus departments including Student Activities, Greek Life, Residence Life, Public Safety, Student Health Services, Counseling Center, and the Malcolm Center for Student Life. Morgan came to Missouri Valley in 2003 and has served in a number of capacities during his tenure, including Coordinator of Student Development, Assistant to the Dean of Students, and Dean of Students. Vice President Morgan graduated with his Bachelorís degree in history from Lambuth University (Jackson, TN) and a Masterís degree in Education Administration from Lindenwood University (St. Charles, MO). He is currently enrolled at Lindenwood University, completing his doctoral work in Higher Education Administration.
Director of Housing & Residence Life
Brett Fuchs serves as the Director of Housing & Residence Life. In his role Fuchs is responsible for the health, safety, and wellness of the residential community, in addition to coordinating a number of other services provided by the Division of Student Affairs. Fuchs came to Missouri Valley in 2012 from the University of Connecticut. Fuchs earned his Bachelorís degree from Allegheny College (Meadville, PA) and Masterís degree from the University of Connecticut (Storrs, CT).

Malcolm Center for Student Life
Ashley Jackson serves as the Director of Student Activities and Malcolm Center for Student Life. She is responsible for administering all functions associated with campus activities, intramural sports, fitness center and classes. Jackson previously served as a Graduate Assistant for the Menís and Womenís Volleyball program from Fall 2012 to Spring 2014. Jackson is a native of Ohio. She earned her Bachelorís degree from Urbana University in 2012 and is completing her Masterís Degree at Lindenwood University.
Director of Public Safety
Malcolm Center for Student Life
Brian Ferguson serves as Director of Public Safety. In his role, Ferguson is responsible for overseeing campus safety and security operations for the College, in addition to training in areas related to safety. Ferguson served as a U.S. Army officer for 26 years as a Military Police officer. Ferguson graduated with his Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from SUNY Potsdam (Potsdam, NY) and a Master of Arts degree in Business and Organizational Security Management from Webster University (St. Louis, MO).
Director of the Counseling Center
Teresa Ceselski serves as Director of the Counseling Center. In her role, Ceselski is responsible for providing mental health counseling services for students attending the College, in addition to educational programming related to mental health. Ceselski has been a Licensed Professional Counselor for over 20 years. She has served previously as an Associate Psychologist for the Missouri Department of Mental Health, had her own private practice, and worked with individuals facing alcohol and substance abuse issues. Ceselski graduated with her Bachelors and Master of Counseling Psychology degree from the University of Central Missouri (Warrensburg, MO).
Susan Vogelsmeier serves as Nurse Practitioner for Student Health Services. Vogelsmeier works in collaboration with Dr. Tim Ryan and is responsible for assisting in the well-being of Missouri Valley students, faculty. And staff. She develops treatment plans, educates and guides patients on disease prevention and healthy life-styles, conducts examinations, issues prescriptions when necessary, and manages overall patient care. Vogelsmeier came to Missouri Valley in 2001 serving as a part-time Nurse Practitioner and has remained in that position since that time. She is a native of Sweet Springs, MO, where she and her husband of 50 years live on a farm. Vogelsmeier graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) - Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) from Graceland University (Lamoni, IA), and her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree from the University of Alabama Birmingham (Birmingham, AL).
Casey Marcum serves as the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Student Health Services. Marcum is responsible for caring for the needs of Missouri Valley students, faculty, and staff. She is a native of Hughesville, MO and currently resides in Sweet Springs, MO. Marcum earned Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) LPN certification from the Saline County Career Center (Marshall, MO) and became licensed in 2014. She is certified also certified in CPR, First Aid, and IV.
Diane Dellasala is from Houston, TX. Dellasala graduated from Missouri Valley College in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. While attending Missouri Valley, Dellasala was a varsity volleyball player. After graduating, Dellasala returned to Texas where she served as a behavior therapist, becoming certified in ABA therapy for children with autism. Dellasala is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Community Counseling degree at Missouri Valley.
Coordinator of the Malcolm Center for Student Life, Fitness Center
Alexander Kotanone is from Philadelphia, PA. Kotanone graduated from Missouri Valley College in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems, with minors in Accounting and Business Management. As an undergraduate, Kotanone, participated in the Accounting Club and served as a Lead Resident Assistant for Division of Student Affairs. Kotanone is currently studying Accounting, while pursuing his credentialing as a Certified Public Accountant.
Coordinator of Residence Life Operations
Conner Swift is from Marshall, MO. Swift graduated from Missouri Valley College in 2015 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. As an undergraduate, Swift was an active member of the Student Government Association (SGA, serving as Vice President, as well as a Hall Director for the Division of Student Affairs. Swift is currently pursuing his Masterís degree in Educational Administration.

James Houston Withers III, is from Grandview, MO. Withers graduated from Missouri Valley College in 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music. As an undergraduate, Withers participated in the MVC Drumline, Concert and Jazz Band, in addition to serving as a Hall Director for the Office of Student Affairs. Withers has also been active in the Marshall community, playing with the Marshall Philharmonic and Municipal Band. Withers is currently pursuing a Masterís degree in Community Counseling at Missouri Valley.
