Missouri Valley College provides five computer laboratories that are available to all faculty, staff, and enrolled students. All campus owned machines in our facilities operate on Windows XP Professional. Microsoft Office 2007, Internet browsers, e-mail programs, chatting programs, and other specialized software for Major specific use are available on Missouri Valley College's machines. Server Storage Space
All faculty, staff, and students are given a finite amount of server space for personal storage. Instead of using a floppy disk to transfer files, personal storage space will always appear when a user logs into the network. Also, server storage space can be accessed from any machine connected to the network via modem or Ethernet. Learn more >>

E-mail Accounts

All enrolled students are automatically assigned an e-mail address and 10MB of space for e-mail. If, for some reason, a student does not have an e-mail address, they should come to the IT Department Office in room 214 of the Technology Center. Students should have their Missouri Valley ID card to verify that they are an enrolled student.

Scanner and CD-RW
We have a full page scanner located in the Murrell Library available for faculty, staff, and students. The scanner will permit you to scan a photograph, drawing, report, etc. and convert it to an image format appropriate for your need. The scanner machine also has a CD-RW burner so all scanned images can be transferred to CD.
