Before you Begin...

To help us better trouble-shoot as well as quicken the repair time of your problem, try going through the checklist listed below before filling out a work order.

When you have read through the checklist, click on the option you are having problems with to the left.

Network/Internet Checklist

  1. Are you using a network cable to connect to the network jack?
  2. Is your network settings configured for DHCP?
  3. Have you gone through the Internet Explorer Wizard?

Phone
  1. Is the line securely fitted into the wall and the phone?
  2. Have you tried your phone on another phone jack?
  3. Have you tried another phone in that same jack?
  4. If the phone is cordless, is the battery fully charged?
