MVC Softball Drops Home Doubleheader Against St. MaryPosted March 23, 2014
Marshall, Mo. (March 23, 2014)- The Missouri Valley College softball team played its first home games of the season Sunday hosting the University of St. Mary in a doubleheader at Indian Foothills Park. The Vikings were defeated in both games 10-4 and 8-2.
The losses drop the Vikings to 2-10 on the season, while St. Mary improves to 15-10.
The Vikings are scheduled to play another doubleheader Monday, on the road at Harris Stowe State University. The first game is scheduled for a 2 p.m. start.
