MVC Men's Volleyball Sits at No. 9 in Latest Poll

MVC MEN’S VOLLEYBALL SITS AT NO. 9 IN LATEST POLL

Marshall, Mo. (January 27, 2014)- The Missouri Valley College men’s volleyball team finished with a 3-1 record in matches last week, but dropped one spot in the latest NAIA Men's Volleyball Top 10 Poll released Monday.

 

The Vikings picked up wins over Hannibal-LaGrange University 25-19, 25-17, 26-24 and Culver-Stockton 25-13, 25-15, 25-15 in road matchups.  MVC also finished with a 1-1 record at the Grand View Tournament, defeating Graceland University 25-19, 25-20, 25-19, but losing to No. 5 St. Ambrose University 27-29, 19-25, 22-25.  The Vikings moved to 10-2 on the season and are also 2-0 in the NAIA South.

 

This week the Vikings have a match at No. 3 Park University Thursday at 7:00 p.m.
