Osborn also serves a dual role as president and CEO of Midwest Behavioral Healthcare Management, Inc., which executed the integration of Pathways and Royal Oaks Hospital, Windsor, in 2004.
Osborn received the University of Central Missouri Distinguished Alumni Award in 2005. He has served as former president and member of UCM’s Board of Regents, and was a member of the UCM Foundation Board of Directors.
“People don’t always remember your name or your face, but they will always remember how you made them feel,” Osborn said. “It’s been my mission to help as many people as we can to lead a better life.”
