Financial Aid Documents

To apply for federal, state and institutional aid you must complete the FAFSA online at www.fafsa.gov.

During the financial aid process our office may request a number of forms from the student and/or parent. Most often, these forms are in reference to additional information and documentation required to complete the FAFSA. In most cases, these forms are requested because the student was flagged for a process called verification. Verification must be completed prior to our office disbursing your Title IV federal and/or state aid. For more information on verification, please review our Guide to Understanding Verification. If you have been asked to import your tax information by using the IRS Data Retrieval Tool and need assistance, please review our IRS Data Retrieval Guide.

The following documents are typically only necessary if our office requests them from you. All submitted documentation must be completed in-full and must be signed. Furthermore, not all documents that may have been requested are listed below. If you have any questions about what forms you need to complete, please our office.
