Notice the menus for lunch and dinner, Monday through Friday, are on the right side of the page on every page within dining services.

The Café offers a wide variety of menu options each and every day. You will find everything from traditional, home-style meals to fast food favorites. Whatever you’re craving, you’re sure to find something that satisfies!

Comforts

Each meal will feature two stick-to-the-ribs entrees and a variety of sides. You’ll find favorites from traditional Roast Beef Au Jus with Mashers to Blackened Chicken Fettuccine with Cajun Sauce.

Pizzeria

At lunch & dinner we offer a specialty pizza as well as slices of all your favorites on a variety of crusts. One specialty pizza is offered per day--some are:  buffalo chicken, pepperoni, chicken & spinach w/alfredo.

From Scratch Soups

You’ll find Texas-Style Chili each day, as well as the Chef’s Choice Soup of the Day.

Build a Salad

Over 30 items daily are offered including fresh veggies, pasta salads, several dressings, and a variety of greens.

From the Grill

You can satisfy your craving for burgers, fries, grilled cheese, and hot dogs each and every day. Grill features, such as Philly Beefsteaks and Frisco Melts, will be offered.

The Delicatessen

The deli offers the highest quality roasted meats, sliced cheeses, and assorted breads.

Fresh Fruits

Pineapple, watermelon, cantaloupe and more — you’ll always find an assortment of fresh fruits.

Specialty Bar

Be sure to check out the Daily Special. We shake things up a bit with everything from an Appetizer Bar to Build Your Own Stir Fry.

Wild Thymes

Developed to offer an alternative to the traditional entrees. These culinary delights are prepared to offer a low-fat or vegetarian option to your dining experience, often with an ethnic twist.
