Shellee has been the Catering Manager for Pfoodman at Missouri Valley College for the last seven years. She earned a B.S. in Hotel and Restaurant Management and M.S. in Hotel and Restaurant Management with an emphasis in Food Science from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Prior to joining Pfoodman, Shellee was the Catering Manager at MU’s Memorial Stadium Pressbox and Private Suites at Faurot Field. Her interest in hospitality and foodservice began at the J. Huston Tavern in Arrow Rock, MO. Shellee is extremely excited to embark on this new endeavor and invites interested students to contact her to learn more of what this program is all about.
