Clifford Hoppe
Class of 1995
Clifford graduated from Missouri Valley College in 1955 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education. Clifford was a four-year football letterman, earning All-Conference fullback honors three years, and earning two letters in track.
Clifford later attended Southern Illinois State University in Alton for graduate studies. At the University of Illinois in Urbana Clifford earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Counseling and Guidance. Clifford also attended California State University at Northridge, Portland Sate in Oregon at the Math Institute and UCLA for additional graduate studies.
From 1955 to 1995 Clifford taught all aspects of Math and Algebra until his retirement in June of 1995.
Clifford coached youth, high school, YMCA, Little League, USMC groups, and recreational groups in basketball, track, softball, volleyball, baseball, and football. Clifford also coached a semi-pro football team in Palmdale, CA from 1969 to 1977.
Clifford now resides in Tehachapi, CA and enjoys racquetball and landscaping in his retirement.
