Anthony Chandler
Class of 1989
Tony graduated from Missouri Valley College in 1973 with a Degree in Psychology. Tony was a four-year football letterman, leading the Vikings at the running back position. Tony earned several All-Conference honors and was named the 1969 Most Valuable Offensive Player and the 1972 Most Valuable Player. Tony was drafted by the Minnesota Vikings after his senior season. Tony was also a member of the Missouri Valley College track and field team and competed in the high hurdles, and the long jump.
After serving five years with large financial services firm, Tony started and continues to run an independent financial planning service in Parkville, Missouri.
Tony and his wife Cassandra (MVC ’73) have one daughter.
