Paul Mullins

Class of 1982

Paul graduated from Missouri Valley College in 1956 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education.  Paul worked as an assistant football coach under Coach Volney Ashford and was on the staff that coached the team to the Tangerine Bowl in Orlando, Florida.

Paul served with the United State Navy as a member of the Mobile Construction Battalion No. 4 Seebees.

Following graduation from Missouri Valley College Paul taught for Carrollton (MO), Elgin (IL), and Greenwood (Springfield, MO) Public School Districts.

In 1971 Paul led his football team to State Runner-Up finish and led his 1980 team to the Class 1A State Championship and that year was voted Coach of the Year by the Springfield (MO) Area Chamber of Commerce.
