Uriah Ritchey

Class of 1980

Uriah graduated from Missouri Valley College in 1940 and participated in football, basketball, and track receiving many honors and awards in each.

Since graduation Uriah has been the owner and operator of a retail hardware and farm supply business in Cameron, Missouri and a partner in U & K Wholesale Hardware Company, and is a veteran of World War II.

Uriah is active number of civic and community groups including the Chamber of Commerce, American Legion, Sportsmanship Club, Rotary Club, Lions Club, and the Boy Scouts of America.  Harold is also a member of Liberty Hills Country Club, Omega Shrine, and the Moila Shrine.  Uriah has long been active in People to People, International and is very interested in advancing the cause of international friendship through this organization.
