Grover Redford

Class of 1976

Grover graduated from Missouri Valley College in 1943 where he earned 13 athletic letters through participation in four sports as a student.

Following graduation Grover entered the United States Marine Corps for three years of service.  Grover went on to teach and coach at William Chrisman High School in Independence (MO) before returning to Missouri Valley College in 1956 to become the Head Basketball Coach and an Associate Professor of Physical Education.

In Marshall Coach Redford has served as president of the Park Board, vice-president of the Sheltered Workshop board, and he is a member of Lions Club and Masonic Lodge.
