Earl “Charlie” Rioth

Class of 1973

Earl is a native of Brookfield, Missouri and graduated from Missouri Valley College in 1932.  Earl participated in football for the Vikings 1926, 1927, 1929, and 1931, earning All-Conference honors in 1927, 1929, and 1931, and All-State in 1931.

Following graduation Earl served in the United States Navy during World Was II, which was followed by employment with the United States Postal Service for 33 years.  Earl retired as Assistant Post Master in Marceline (MO), and moved to Carrollton.
