Donald graduated from Missouri Valley College in 1943 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business

Donald graduated from the Marine Corps Officers Training in 1943, and served as a Lieutenant in the United States Marine Corps from 1943 to 1946.  Ted earned his Master’s degree from the University of Missouri in 1964.

Ted was a teacher and coach at Slater (MO) High School, Neosho (MO) High School, and North Kansas City High School.  Ted was a Principal at Eastgate Junior High School in North Kansas City, and Assistant Superintendent of Instruction at the North Kansas City School District, and is presently the Deputy Superintendent for the North Kansas City School District.

Ted is a member of many professional organizations including: the American Association of School Administrators, Association of Supervision and Curriculum Development, Phi delta Kappa, Missouri State Teachers Association, Missouri Association of School Administrators, Missouri Association of Supervision and Curriculum, and the National Education Association.
