DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION: Registration cut off is January 15, 2013. Any registrations received after this date will be on a space available basis.

SUBSTITUTION/REFUND/CANCELLATION: Any registrant who cannot attend may send a substitute from the same organization by resubmitting an updated registration form with the name of the substitute. The form may be faxed to (660) 831-0975 or emailed to bruntzelk@moval.edu. The registration fee is refundable (less $2.00 processing fee) if notification of cancellation is received no later than January 15, 2014. No refunds will be issued past this date. No refunds issued for no-shows.
