The Office of Development coordinates, develops, and manages events, meetings, and conferences both on and off campus in support of Missouri Valley College’s fund-raising efforts. It also oversees MVC Communications and Alumni Relations, including Alumni Events and publications.

The President is continuously striving to make Valley one of the best liberal arts college in the Midwest. The College's top priorities are to always provide an atmosphere and an environment where Valley students can excel. Toward that end, the president and the trustees are tireless in their commitment to promote the vision of strengthening undergraduate education through various development efforts.

The mission of the Office of Institutional Advancement is to build a strong network of alumni, former and current students, and friends of the college. This is accomplished by developing and implementing a comprehensive program of activities and services that strengthen the priorities of the college. Underlying everything that is done is Missouri Valley’s heritage of providing community leaders who are the backbone of a responsible and giving citizenry.
