

The
#9 Missouri Valley College Vikings (10-2) will
travel to Sioux Falls, SD to take on the #1 University
of Sioux Falls Cougars (12-0) of the Great Plains
Athletic Conference this Saturday (Dec. 1) at 12 noon at the USF
Sanford Health Sports Complex in the semifinal round of the NAIA
Football Championship Series. Missouri Valley College defeated Ohio
Dominican, 48-34, on Saturday, snapping the Panthers' 12 game winning
streak. The Vikings had 643 yards of offense. MVC is on an 8-game
winning streak and in the last three games has defeated
#7 Lindenwood University, #8 Friends University (KS), and recently
#3 Ohio Dominican University. USF is one of two undefeated teams
and is the defending national champion, which is riding an overall
26-game winning streak. This is the second straight year that the
Vikings and Cougars meet in the semifinal round.
Missouri Valley College will charter a bus for Viking fans. As space
is limited, you must reserve your spot by making a payment to the
Development Office in Baity Hall Room 222 OR over the phone with
credit card at 660.831.4177. The bus departs at 4:00 AM from the
Burns Athletic Complex parking lot (bus boarding begins at 3:45 AM)
on Saturday, December 1. The bus will return immediately following
the game.
The deadline for bus reservations is 12 noon on Thursday, November
29 (or until filled).

For Saturday's game, reserved seating tickets are $12, general admission
tickets are $10 and student tickets are $6 (with valid student ID).
