Cliff Callis is founder and president of Callis & Associates, a full-service advertising and public relations firm serving clients in the outdoor sports, energy, tourism, health care and financial industries.

Though born in Florida, where he spends much of his free time, Cliff grew up in the retail business in Sedalia, Missouri, where he resides.

After graduating from Missouri Valley College in 1979 with a degree in business administration, Cliff joined his family business where he gained valuable experience in sales, merchandising, management and marketing.  It was his love of marketing that inspired him to start Callis & Associates in 1987.  Four years later, Cliff merged his firm with Septagon Industries, one of the leading construction and development conglomerates in Missouri and Iowa.  From 1991 to 2003, Cliff continued to oversee the advertising agency while managing marketing and corporate accounts for Septagon.  In 2003, Cliff sold his partnership in Septagon to commit full time to Callis & Associates. Today, the firm represents clients who market and distribute products and services throughout the world.  Cliff focuses his energy on public relations, business development and strategic planning for the agency and its clients.

Cliff is married to Charlyn Callis and has two children, Rachel and Tyler.
