The Britt Hunt Company
Britt Hunt, CEO, founder and owner of The Britt Hunt Company, a pizza wholesaler, is a business mentor and entrepreneur. His positive competitive spirit is fueled by his love of God, family and excellence in every detail. His goal is clear: to be the best at what we do in our industry.
In 1992, after serving in sales and customer service positions in the insurance industry, Britt was encouraged by his father and mentor, Don Hunt of Hunt Brothers Pizza, to start a business of his own. He began with nothing but a challenge and an idea and that was all he needed. Britt formed a company and created a plan to become the best in sales, service and direct store distribution. He focused on selling to convenience stores one by one, going from city to city, while carefully crafting a team that possessed exceptional talent and the passion and drive for continuous improvement.
Today, The Britt Hunt Company distributes to over 3000 customers in 14 states and continues to grow. In addition, in 2012, Britt purchased majority interest in a like-minded food service company, Pfoodman, based out of St. Louis. PFoodman specializes in operating higher education on campus foodservice with a mission of creating excellence in all that they do.
Britt is passionate about helping individuals achieve their maximum potential in life. He is active in the community supporting a wide number of organizations and initiatives, including the Hope Clinic for Women in Nashville and Renew which is connected with the YWCA. Britt lives with his wife, Wendy, and five children.
