Matthias Hermmerle is the founder and managing director of LightLock. LightLock is an innovative company developing a technology to serve as a substitute for near field communication (NFC). Present and anticipated applications include contactless transactions, data exchange, and simplified setup of more complex communications such as Wi-Fi. LightLock hopes to be a pioneer in the development of NFC related technologies.
Hermmerle has over five years of entrepreneurial experience, his business start-ups include; MUH, a goods importing and selling platform; ISDnet, a server based communication system for small and medium sized companies; HeCom, a service provider for banks in Germany; and Spaceflip, a substitute for self-storage facilities.
