Dr. Allan Wilson received his Ph.D. in Biology from Emory University in 1991. He was a lecturer, visiting assistant professor, laboratory instructor and laborary coordinator for Introductory Biology in the Biology department at Emory.
In addition to many published articles and presentations, Dr. Wilson is currently (and since the fall of 2003) doing research in the identification and temporal distribution of Odonates (dragonflies and damselflies) at Van Meter State Park.
Dr. Wilson is a member of Ecological Society of America (ESA), American Society of Naturalists (ASN), American Institute of Biological Sciences (AIBS), American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS), Societas Internationalis Odonatologica, and American Arachnological Society.
