Shellee was the Catering Manager for Pfoodman at Missouri Valley College for eight years before becoming more involved with the hospitality & tourism degree program. She earned a B.S. in Hotel and Restaurant Management and M.S. in Hotel and Restaurant Management with an emphasis in Food Science from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Prior to joining Pfoodman, Shellee was the Catering Manager at MU’s Memorial Stadium Pressbox and Private Suites at Faurot Field.

Shellee interest in hospitality and foodservice began at the J. Huston Tavern in Arrow Rock, MO. She is now the proprietor of The Tavern, where MVC Hospitality & Tourism Management students gain valuable practical experience in the field while in college. Shellee is extremely excited to embark on this new endeavor and invites interested students to contact her to learn more of what this program is all about.
