Chad Lance is a graduate of Missouri Valley College where he received his Bachelor of Science in Physical Education. Upson graduation, he became a Graduate Assistant at Missouri Valley where he received a Master's Degree in Education Administration at Lindenwood University.

Chad has taught in the physical education department for 11 years and has also served as Head Men's Basketball Coach and Facility Director for the Burns Athletic Complex. Prior to Missouri Valley College, Chad served as the Assistant Men's Basketball Coach, Sports Information Director and Physical Education Instructor.
