Marilyn Belwood has a B. A. in Mathematics from Southwest Missouri State University, Springfield, MO, 1974; an M. S. in Statistics from Oklahoma State University, Stillwater, OK, 1976; an A.A. in Graphic Design from Lane Community College, Eugene, OR, 1987; a B. F. A. in Painting and Drawing from University of Oregon, Eugene, OR, 1990; and a Ph. D. in Educational Psychology with a specialty area in Statistics and Measurement from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, IL, 1997.
She is a member of the American Educational Research Association and the Mathematical Association of America. She has published in the Journal of Counseling and Development and the Journal of Behavior Therapy and Experimental Psychiatry.
Awards include: Graduate Teaching Assistant, Dissertation Research Award, and Doctoral Fellowship Award.
